Muhammad Hassan Ali is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and associate member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is also member of Lahore Tax Bar Association
(LTBA) of Pakistan.

He has vast experience of 7+ years in audit & assurance and taxation. His expertise are statutory audits,
internal audits, forensic audits, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and National Clearing Company of
Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) system audits, Securities Brokers (Licensing and Operations) Regulations
net capital and liquid capital audits.

He has very wide exposure of preparation of financial statements as per requirements of International
Financial Reporting Framework (IFRS), International Public Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and
Islamic Financial Accounting Standards (IFAS).

He has specialist expertise in evaluating the entity internal control environment, highlighting
deficiencies and reporting the same to the Board of Directs and Audit Committee of the entities.
He is also Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor from Intuit QuickBooks.
